GCP’s performance coaching takes inspiration from the work we undertake in elite sport and provides a pathway to engage with us to achieve your health and wellbeing goals, in a format that works for your lifestyle.
Our performance team have vast experience working with elite athletes in their preparation for major events, for Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups, Premier League and Formula 1 World Championships. Through our performance coaching, you can now access the same level of holistic personalised support only previously available to elite athletes. Your age and fitness level are no barrier.
Your GCP journey starts with a video consultation with one of our expert coaches, someone you will get to know well. Your coach will be dedicated to helping you reach your goals and will be personally invested in your success over the longer term.
We initially will provide you access to our exclusive Curve profiling app, a tool that is devised to understand your mindset, movement and lifestyle. Your coach will then work with you to build a tailored programme based on your desired goals, access to equipment, your lifestyle and time constraints. Your programme is accessed digitally on your phone, tablet or PC. Each exercise in your programme will provide a ‘home based’ and ‘gym based’ video exercise variation, providing a route to engage wherever you are, whatever you’re doing and aligned to the facilities that are available to you.
Your coach will be on hand throughout the week to provide support and guidance, to tweak your training plan and to motivate you.
Whether you are training for a specific event or right at the start of your fitness journey, want to work out at home, at the gym or on the go – we’ve got it covered.

On the call they will run through your health and fitness goals and conduct a movement assessment with you to learn more about how we can put together a programme bespoke to you.
