Physical Profiling

Individual and in-depth physical profiling for your people

Our physical profiling service enables us to work in partnership with businesses of all sizes to drive their wellbeing agenda.

GCP’s physical profiling is designed to work on two levels.

  • Identify the areas of employees’ health which need improvement based on profiling data and motivate individuals to take ownership of their results to make positive lifestyle changes
  • Drive company wellbeing strategy through focusing on proactive and preventative lifestyle interventions.

Delivered by our multi-disciplinary team of performance coaches and therapists at your place of work, all GCP assessments utilise the latest sports science equipment to capture data in relation to body composition, strength, power and movement qualities. You can choose from either a 30, 45 or 60+ minute assessment or we will work with you to tailor our assessments to meet your specific organisation challenges.

Following the profiling session, each individual will receive a digital testing card with all of their data and a 1:1 review session with a GCP performance scientist. This 1:1 session will enable each individual to understand and take ownership of their current physical profile and discuss how to make positive lifestyle changes. Options are available for continued support through our customised training plans and 1:1 multi-disciplinary performance services. At an organisational level, you will receive a company health report with anonymised data which allows you to identify hotspots and trends.

Level 1 - 30 minutes

  • Pre-Health Screening Questionnaire

  • Tanita Assessment – Height, Weight, BMI, Body Fat%, Muscle Mass

  • Basic Health Screen – Resting Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, O2 Sat

  • Lung Function Assessment – Spirometrey, 6min walk test-RPE

  • Blood Profile – Capillary Blood Sampling

  • 1:1 with one of GCP’s Performance Coaches

  • 1:1 with one of GCP’s Physio’s

  • HumanTrak Movement Screen (Movement and Postural Analysis)

  • Strength Assessment- Body weight Squat to failure, Press-ups to failure, Calf Endurance, Shoulder Stability

  • Power Assessment- Broad Jump

Level 2 - 45 minutes
