Established 40 years ago, Panache holds an unrivalled reputation for fit, technical ability and quality of D plus lingerie. As they begin to welcome their staff back into their offices, Panache looks forward to its workforce being happier than ever – by taking part in a year-long programme designed to improve the physical and mental health of every member of staff.
Sold in 60 countries worldwide and as recent winners of the Underlines Stars Awards for Sports/Athleisure Bestselling Collection 2020, Panache pride themselves on crafting lingerie that supports and enhances different body shapes. The British brand continually dedicates itself to improving and developing their range to ensure they lead the way in the D plus lingerie industry.
Panache, who attribute their successes to commitment, innovation and inspired thinking, has offered all 100 of its Sheffield-based staff the chance to take part in the programme devised by an organisation which helps professional athletes achieve peak performance.
Curve, created by Game Changer Performance’s multidisciplinary team of human performance specialists, is aimed at improving business performance and increasing colleague engagement.
It enables companies to ensure their teams are at the top of their physical, mental and emotional game through a range of programmes and interventions supporting lifestyle, movement and mindset. Curve was devised with a scientific and theoretical framework in mind.
An initial profiling process, offered via a unique health screening app, has informed a programme of physical and digital interventions, services and resources.
Participants can book one-to-ones with Game Changer Performance’s specialist coaches and the Panache team will also take part in webinars focusing on areas that need support, such as sleep, nutritional choices and finding time to exercise.
A series of engagement days will see events taking place at Panache HQ. The drop-in events will enable staff to pick the brains of strength and conditioning coaches, performance psychologists, nutritionists and physiotherapists.
Panache Managing Director, John Power, said:

We are channelling our focus towards the wellbeing of Panache staff, with the Curve programme emphasising on making mindset, movement and lifestyle changes which is the perfect fit for us. We can’t wait to get started with the profiling and I look forward to seeing improvements in staff health and wellbeing.”
Sales and Marketing Executive, Arabella Heap, said:
