Pitch-based conditioning will be aimed at developing speed and endurance qualities to ensure players starting pre-season can thrive in training drills delivered by their clubs, in addition to minimising the risk of a non-contact injury.
Speed and agility training will be provided to work on technique and players will be given education on drills they can use to aid performance in a game.
Hydrotherapy sessions & massages will offer players the opportunity to recover from the dayʼs work on the camps, allowing for a greater opportunity for maximal performance during subsequent sessions.
Load monitoring, GPS analysis and reporting of sessions throughout the programme will be provided to players and clubs.
Soft tissue sessions pre and post sessions each day and Sports nutrition supplements provided for each session
GCP team will also liaise with medical & performance departments to deliver club led protocols plus reports for clubs on each days sessions.
