Get in touchAs athletes start to make the transition from primary to secondary school, we aim to continue their physical progression as they start to ‘train to compete’. Whilst keeping the fundamental physical activity incorporated into the programmes, the focus shifts slightly to build the athletes physical and mental capability, allowing them to excel and start to realise their potential.
Delivering similar programmes to the Fundamentals stage, we work closely with secondary schools, college and grassroots clubs to ensure that the aspiring athletes are getting the right training as they embark on a vital stage of their physical development.
